Generally good condition. Mostly written on scraps of laid paper (several with partial watermarks) variously showing at least one rough edge plus chips or light moisture damage to edge. Good Condition.
Small archival collection of formal notifications to the Connecticut State Treasurer of who was elected to be official collector of state taxes for 16 Connecticut towns.
