A rare windshield sticker used by the National Park Service from about 1918-1940. This decal is orange and depicts a squirrel on the front with “Safety First, General Grant National Park, Season of 1939, Read and Observe the Regulations” printed on the back. General Grant National Park was established in 1890 to protect the General Grant sequoia tree and is now part of Kings Canyon National Park. A scarce item of National Park history.
