Tan wraps with black lettering, staple bound. Wraps have moderate toning and chipping. Moderate to fore edge of text block. Three pin holes along the fore edge and a vertical crease down the center affect wraps and text block. Good condition.

Kearns appeals to the senate concerning a compact made by Mormon leaders at the time of statehood which by 1905 had been broken “willfully and frequently.” Flake 4530. Good condition / None. Item #1566
