Very slight vertical crease to pamphlet. Laid in is a 3 3/8 x 6 1/4-inch rate card, verso only, also with slight crease. Very Good Condition.
Promotional booklet for the Drowsy Water Ranch located near the headwaters of the Colorado River, near Granby, Colorado and Rocky Mountain National Park. Dude ranch in the heart of the Rocky Mountains. Still in existence today. Their rates have slightly climbed. The 1938 rate card lists a one week stay for one person at $40.00; today it'll cost $2900.
No copies of this pamphlet in OCLC. Yale holds a 26-page issue and University of Wyoming holds a copy from the 1950's. Very Good Condition / None. Item #1712
