Yellow paper with the retailers registry number, address and other pertinent information is typed. Stamp is affixed to blue archival board with the previous owner’s notes of verso. Glue has mostly dried and stamp is almost detached from the board but has no damage. Very good condition.

This stamp was issued in 1949 to “James C. Thornton, Druggist, 900 E. Fayette St, Syracuse 10, NY” as evidence of tax payment and was good for one year. Very good condition / None. Item #1771
