A nice photo book, in this early bulletin for the University of Utah. It lists the courses offered in the School of Arts and Sciences, the State School of Mines, the State Normal School, Preparatory School and Summer Session, as well as brief information on the school, cost of living in Salt Lake City and entrance requirements (must be “of good moral character”). Dozens of captioned, full-page photographic images reveal campus buildings and facilities, several different classroom, shop and laboratory scenes, college students at work and school children at play. Accompanying text describes (and lauds) the various courses, offerings and departments. OCLC shows one entry with one holding of this issue, and another with 23 holdings of the bulletin generally, some of which may have this issue. Item #1847
