Promotional pamphlet for perhaps the first resort for snowbirds in the Phoenix area. The town and resort were several miles northeast of central Phoenix, near Camelback Mountain. As one might imagine, Phoenix growth has erased this once exclusive resort. Includes photographic reproductions depicting the club, grounds, bungalows, orange groves, and dairy herds. A nice line-drawing sketch on the back wrapper by Howe Williams depicts the golf grounds of Ingleside.
