Collection of negatives measuring 2.25 x 2.25 inches, all in strips of 4 negatives each. A few have blemishes in the negative but overall, good exposure and clarity. Very Good Condition. Several sleeves are dated October 13, 1966.

Superlative archive of aerial photos of Kansas City, Missouri. Great detail including numerous visible signs and landmarks. Landmarks include Union Station, the newly constructed I-70 corridor through town, Kansas City International Airport and numerous Kansas City skyline photographs.

The envelope these negatives arrived to us in has a note in manuscript which appears to read "Skidmore, Orulings, Merredel" which is nonsensical to this cataloger. Given the content, we believe this to actually be "Skidmore, Owings & Merrill" the famous Chicago architectural firm.

Regardless, the content of the photos speak for themselves and are a wonderful time capsule for Kansas City, Missouri in 1966. All images are scanned.
