Believed to be extracted from a 1690 Old Testament. Small piece missing, outside of impression area, upper right-hand corner. Light soling and toning. Framing tape at top edge on verso. Good condition.
Original antique religious copper engraving believed to have been printed in the late-17th century. Title banner held aloft by two cherubs.
We find various references to engravings of this name. We cannot guarantee the art to be from 1690 but likely from the period. Suitable for framing. Item #2111
