Cream colored bifolium cardstock measures 11 1/4 x 9 inches. Entirely in manuscript (text on 2 pages) with typed leaf laid in. Horizontal fold to cardstock with very light soiling. Laid in leaf is also folded and lightly soiled. Very Good Condition.
Two manuscript tributes presented to retiring principal of P.S. #6 in the Bronx, Dr. Maurice A. Brandt. Interior includes 14-line prose using Brandt's initials to begin each line. Signed in manuscript by M.L. Starr. Apparently presented to Brandt on behalf of the Executive Parents' Ass'n Committee as noted on cover.
Laid in leaf signed in pencil by Helen V. Mowlean on behalf of P.S. 164. Twelve lines of prose in tribute to Dr. Brandt.
