String-tied pamphlet with original printed wrappers. Light soiling and foxing. Separation beginning at bottom of spine. Interior has minor foxing and soiling. Wrappers previously lightly affixed to endpapers. Hand coloration is sloppy at best. Good condition.
Interesting little book published by William Raine of Baltimore, Maryland as one of a series of 12 juvenile books with hand coloration. The story of "Honest Tommy" occupies five panels plus there are three single-panel stories, "The Articles", "House on Fire", and "Silly Kitty" Item #2694
